Holy Trinity Catholic Parish, previously known as the Parish of Laverton, comprises five Catholic schools, three of which are located in Point Cook:

- St Mary of the Cross Catholic Primary School
The Parish is located within a major growth corridor in Melbourne’s western suburbs. Each Point Cook school has a designated catchment area (zone).
